National Diversity Awards

I’m absolutely thrilled to share that I’ve been nominated for the Positive Role Model Award in Disability at the National Diversity Awards 2025! ✨

This nomination means so much to me because The Art of Inclusion was born from both lived and professional experience, with a mission to make education truly inclusive for all. Too many children are still being left without the support they need in schools, and I’m committed to raising awareness, breaking down barriers, and advocating for real change. 💡💛

Winning this award would be an incredible way to shine a national spotlight on the urgent need for a more inclusive education system—but I need your help!

Your vote isn’t just for me—it’s a vote for inclusion, for every child who has struggled in a system that wasn’t built for them, and for the change we so desperately need.

Through personal experience, professional expertise, and a deep understanding of neurodivergence, we help identify needs, implement strategies, and promote meaningful change. An education system designed for neurodivergent learners benefits everyone.

Creating a World Where Every Young Person Thrives

Why Inclusion Matters

Education is meant to be a foundation for growth, confidence, and lifelong learning. But for many children, especially those who are neurodivergent, the traditional school system can feel rigid, overwhelming, and isolating. When education is designed with only neurotypical learners in mind, it excludes a vast number of students who have different ways of thinking, processing, and engaging with the world.

Far too often, neurodivergent children are misunderstood, overlooked, or expected to fit into a mould that simply wasn’t made for them. Without the right support, these students can experience burnout, anxiety, disengagement, and a lack of self-worth.

But true inclusion is about more than just access—it’s about creating an environment where every child feels valued, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.
